2023 Liquor License Renewal

Town of Spring Prairie 

         Notice of Liquor License Application

            In accordance with State Statute 125.04(3)(g), notice is hereby given that Shavers General Store, Inc., Kenneth Redell, Agent, has made application to the Town Board of the Town of Spring Prairie, Walworth County, Wisconsin for a Class A Retail License for Fermented Malt Beverages and Intoxicating Liquor License for the premises located at N5495 State Hwy. 120, Elkhorn, WI and known as Shaver’s General Store Inc.

 

In accordance with State Statute 125.04(3)(g), notice is hereby given that Albert Venture Group, Timothy R. Richter, Agent, has made application to the Town Board of the Town of Spring Prairie, Walworth County, Wisconsin for Class B Beer and Fermented Malt Beverages and Intoxicating Liquor Licenses for the premises located at W212 Spring Prairie Road, Burlington, Wisconsin 53115 and known as Rustic Barn at Prairie Gardens.

 

The Town Board will consider approval of the applications at the June 12, 2023 regular board meeting.
