Accurate had been waiting on the Department of Revenue to provide land value numbers so the new assessed value could represent 100% market value. The DOR was late providing this information, despite the many inquiries. It delayed the review process, which delayed the notices mailing.

The Open Book period lasts until 2 days before the Board of Review.
